Born of Ice, the Beast of the Ice Plains was frozen in time. A collaboration with Brujos Brewing, this traditional Doppelbock was cooled in the tank until it partially froze, removing a portion of the water from the beer, bringing the alcohol level up. Sold as an individual, 32 oz. crowler. 10% ABV.
